"I picked an empty day at the garage, to try something on my own - a bicycle trick I saw on TV. All too late, I suddenly thought..."
Illustrated and designed by myself, Impending Ruckus aims to convey a vivid childhood memory. Working with wonky converging perspectives, vivid sounds and murky visual memories, my focus was to experiment with the perspective of typeface to juxtapose with imagery, as well as to compose the hierarchy and tension created between text and imagery.
